free shipping on all orders over $120 NZD.

aotearoa new zealand · $9 NZD standard, free over $120.
australia · $15 NZD tracked, free over $180.
worldwide · calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

dispatch time

orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days for nz & australia. you'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate tracking email when your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

delivery estimates

nz & australia · 7–10 business days.
rest of world · 10–21 business days.

tracking

every parcel ships tracked. once your order is on the move you'll get a tracking link by email — keep an eye on your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 5 days of ordering.

duties & taxes

international orders may attract import duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority. these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

lost or delayed parcels

if your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days, email hello@weargreenie.co.nz with your order number and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
