• beanies and final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

email hello@weargreenie.co.nz with your order number and the reason for return. we'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.

once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.

need a different size? send the original back and we'll dispatch the swap as soon as the return clears inspection. one free exchange per order; further swaps may attract a shipping fee.

if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos. we'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund in full — whichever you prefer.
